Description: In this video I'll be sharing my first ever experience using rice water on my hair! I've heard about rice water rinses for a while and figured it was time to give it a try. Watch to see how I make the Rice Water Rinse and how it works on my hair! A few weeks ago, I came across a few videos that made me really look into rice water rinses and do some research to see if it may be something I want to try. I first saw a video on instagram by @jaazzmary instagram.com/jaazzmary who had amazing results from using rice water.. Then I watched a very informative video on rice water by Debbie Williams of Ask Debbie About Hair. youtube.com/watch?v=YKySh_kvgIM This motivated me to do more research and finally give it a try. I learned that Rice Water is PACKED with amazing vitamins and minerals that help your hair. It says it helps with shedding, thickens hair, and even helps hair grow. It also has protein in it, which is going to help strengthen your hair. My hair likes protein so this didn't scare me away. I know some people deal with protein sensitivity when it comes to their hair.. so if this is you, just be aware that rice water contains protein.. I will definitely be giving an update on how the rice water is working on my hair. So we will see if I see much difference in the next video.
